HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is a special kind of cannabinoid that is not found in the trichomes of the cannabis flower, but in the seeds and pollen. It is obtained thanks to THC via a process of hydrogenation.

THC is extracted from the cannabis plant by CO2 extraction and is then enclosed with hydrogen in a pressurized container in order to break the double carbon bonds of THC to obtain a hydrogenated version which is HHC.

Since this cannabinoid is present in very small quantities in the plant, it is usually reproduced synthetically in the laboratory rather than extracted directly from the plant.

The effects of HHC are very similar to those of THC, such as feelings of euphoria, well-being and relaxation. HHC 10% oil does not contain THC, which is why it is a completely legal substance.
