What is HHC resin?

The resin or hash of HHC, is a resin based on a cannabinoid named hexahydrocannabinol present in minute quantities in the seeds and pollen of the cannabis flower. HHC is often compared to THC, also called delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, because HHC is a synthetic derivative. It is therefore quite possible to reproduce HHC and HHC resins in the laboratory via a synthetic process being the hydrogenation of THC molecule. HHC has effects similar to those of THC except that by consuming a HHC resin you keep all your lucidity.

What is the difference between HHC resin and CBD resin?

Often used for recreational purposes, HHC resin has many therapeutic properties to improve physical and especially mental health. The HHC hash provides a good mood, while inhibiting pain and helping to relax. CBD resins have mainly relaxing effects that reduce stress, anxiety and improve your sleep. Taking HHC-based resin or hash will therefore have much more intense and fun effects than a simple CBD resin. The same analgesic benefits for example, will be stronger, more intense and satisfying by consuming a HHC resin. Some people will tell you that they are more creative after consuming HHC resin, which makes more sense since HHC acts directly on our mood and lets our imagination and creativity run free.

What are the benefits of HHC resin?

All the benefits and effects of HHC resin are not yet known because the studies on this molecule are still too few. HHC acts on the same endocannabinoid receptors as THC with almost the same effects, but in a milder way. This molecule from the hemp plant is however slightly psychotropic, which means that the HHC resin will have a direct effect on your psyche aiming at stimulating your mood either by increasing or decreasing it. Researchers tend to prove that it is also a super effective analgesic, close to substances like morphine. Among the benefits reported are an anti-stress effect, an appetite stimulator, a metabolism booster and a mood booster. HHC resin can positively modify your mood and it can even alter your perception of time because you will be 100% focused on the present moment and your feelings of the present moment. HHC hash can be used as an alternative to regular cannabis if you want to get rid of it.

How to consume HHC resin?

The resin or the hash of HHC can be consumed in various ways. You can infuse your resin for about ten minutes in a fatty substance or make a tea in hot water. You can also consume HHC hash directly orally by mixing it with fats in pastries or other food preparations to promote its absorption. The cannabinoids mixed with a fat allow a better absorption of the molecule. You can also consume HHC resin by inhalation or vaporization at more than 170 degrees using a vaporizer specially designed for resins. However, it is not recommended to consume HHC resin before driving. The advantage of consuming HHC in resin form is that there are several modes of administration that are more or less discreet depending on your needs.

Is HHC resin legal?

For the moment HHC is in what is called a legal limbo. This molecule being a cannabinoid still little known to the authorities, HHC has not yet been judged illegal. That is to say that for the moment nothing prohibits the marketing of HHC, nor of HHC resins or HHC oils. However, in view of its effects similar to THC, it is very likely that this molecule will eventually be banned or at least regulated. It is however important to pay attention to the origin of the HHC-based products that you consume and that you buy because, as they are not regulated, nothing obliges the sellers to respect the concentration of the products. Before buying, pay attention to the origin of your HHC resins and ask about the practices of the company or the retailer.
