H4CBD is a molecule derived from CBD, obtained by chemical synthesis. This new molecule has been developed to enhance CBD's therapeutic properties, while reducing its side effects. This hydrogenated version of CBD, also known as tetrahydrocannabidiol, is produced in the laboratory by adding hydrogen atoms to a CBD molecule. H4CBD has enhanced bioavailability and solubility, enabling better absorption into the body and faster effects. It has similar properties to CBD, such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anxiolytic and anticonvulsant effects.

How to use it
The amount of H4CBD oil to take is individual, so it's best to start with small doses and see the different effects that taking H4CBD has on your body and well-being.
You have 3 consumption options:
- Dilute a few drops in a drink;
- Apply to the skin and massage in;
- For sublingual absorption, wait 30 seconds before swallowing.
There are 500mg of H4CBD per 10 ml of oil. One drop of oil is equivalent to around 5 mg of H4CBD.
Just starting out?
If you're just starting out, begin by taking one drop of H4CBD oil three times a day, morning, noon and night, for example, for one week.
The following week, try two drops of H4CBD oil three times a day, and then each week add an extra drop to your daily dose. Little by little, you'll find the right balance between your dosage and the desired effects.
